How to Play
Controls
- Move the mouse to aim the cue.
- Click the table to lock the aim (click again, right-click or Esc to unlock).
- Drag the Power slider at the bottom, then release to shoot.
- Arrow keys (or the on-screen ◀ ▶ on touch screens) fine-tune aim.
- Touch: drag on the table to aim, lift your finger to lock, then drag the slider.
- With ball in hand, click to place the cue ball behind the head string (left two diamonds).
- M toggles sound.
Rules (simplified WPA)
- Break: pocket a ball, or drive at least 4 balls to a rail. An 8-ball pocketed on the break is re-spotted.
- The first ball legally pocketed after the break decides who plays solids (1-7) and who plays stripes (9-15).
- Keep shooting while you pocket your own balls.
- Fouls (a scratch, hitting the wrong ball first, or hitting no ball) give your opponent ball in hand behind the head string.
- Clear your group, then pocket the 8-ball to win. Sinking it early, or fouling while you sink it, loses.
